Reward to risk in ISSI is pretty high at a price of $ 3, if it turns around (and I think it will in a year!). They will have to survive the rest of 1999, without screwing up!

it dropped initially like everybody else in the memory business(to $ 8-10) with the deteriorating market vs.supply conditions. Next it failed to hang on to its wits thru the prolonged time of this situation.
