Steve;

congradulation on your good prediction.

I listened to the conference call (replay is 1-800-633-8284, password# is 11423706). below is my take on it:

1- more questions this time than last (only one question last time, this time there were 7 analysts asking questions)

2- They sounded cautiously upbeat in all their business lines (audio, video, communication).
3- Problem is their GM of 28% which they predicted could be slightly up for the year at best.
4- entered into Q1 with strong orders (mainly video), but it will be lower than Q4 (so I do not think they canhit 12 cents). And Q2 to be lower than Q1.

I expect the stock to trend lower tomorrow due to the fact analysts can make better money elsewhere till the Q3.

Time to buy ESST is early Q3 and exit out by early Q1.

Ofcourse I could be wrong.

Good job, Steve! Today let us see the street reaction. Pre bid opening looks upbeat right now at 9:14 A.M. I think $ 14 ESST is highly possible during late 1999! Once ESST has turned profitable and repeats it in the first two quarters of 1999, "Street Perception" will change for the better and momentum will pick up! ESST looks good!
