<<Why?
What is so good about the company now that the news are out?>>

First the shopping mall news verified the solid and substantial revenues that have been coming in to TNRG justifying a much higher price right there. When you add the potential of the internet shopping mall business in both english and chinese languages, the Chinese investment looks very promising.

What I look forward to is Tilton's stated intention to convert the debentures before March without a reverse split at a conversion price of $.50 or better. What does that say to you? To me it says he expects the stock price to be up to or higher than $.50 by March.

The intangible is how we get there. If he pulls mistakes like he did in GMCH the past few days, we won't get there. I hope he learns from this mess. In any case what I read between the lines in my conversation with him was that we have more significant developments in front of us. While he wouldn't say it outright, I sense there is something going on with the Sea Eye Project. I also believe that TNRG will be filing the application to the FDA for the EKG device. Either of these projects can produce millions and millions and millions of dollars in revenues. I believe that if we get substantial (not b.s.) news on either or both, we could see a stock price of over $1.00 easily. If he can come through on these I think he should be able to convert the debentures at $1.00 or more which would be good to all of us.

One way Tilton could ensure a move to $.50 or more is by buying back some stock. I have made this suggestion on this thread yesterday. I passed the suggestion on through TAP as well. TAP said they liked the idea and would bring it to Tilton's attention. TNRG has the assets to buy back a good portion of the float with the revenues coming in from the shopping mall. Hello out there Mr. Tilton if you happen to read these threads.

Even considering today's mess with GMCH I now think there is a recognition that Tilton's companies are the real thing. I think we have seen a renewed confidence in them and I think the share price will reflect this. Just my opinion.
