My observations,
The stock seems to fluctuate between around 9 and 13.
I played with that one several months ago and casually watch it.
Its recently made it back to 13. This one is a buyout candidate so it could go considerably higher.
Recent announcements brought it to 13. Anything IBM touches, imo, goes up. I'm not sure if and how much above 13 it will get in the very short term. In the long term, I'm guessing it goes higher.
