One also has to contrast Feingold's vote with those of Republicans Chafee, Jeffords, Collins and Snowe. As moderates, they would have been expected to vote for dismissal, or at least for not turning the Senate trial into a circus by calling witnesses... they didn't. Or perhaps, they couldn't!

FEINMOLD IS A HYPOCRITE

During the election, the very same campaign ads/funding that his bill opposed ran on his behalf, EVEN AS HE PUBLICALLY STATED THAT HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT/ALLOW THEM TO RUN.

Soft money ads continued to run on the major TV and radio outlets throughout Milwaukee and statewide WELL BEYOND HIS ADMONISHMENTS!!

Feinmold likes to have it both ways, to give the appearance of being independent, but behind the scenes, it is a completely different story.

He'll be the first to support Klintoon when the impeachment vote is taken, MARK MY WORDS!!

He is a political and moral hypocrite!!

I guess you could say his vote was the neighborly thing to do, huh?

Or the real reason he voted that way: you drove him to!
