Oil closed at 12.32 up 26 cents, OSX down .76 points, Only RIS and FLC managed a tiny gain, everything else down. Seemed like negative mkt played a part in subdued OSX. Volume very light on most stocks...only a few sellers out there, but not many buyers to support stocks.

Big Bull:

The lower oil prices go, the more the Saudi and Kuwait regimes are perceived as US puppets acting against the interests of the overwhelming majority of Arabs. and the more shaky their internal support. Still another reason why I believe US now wants somewhat higher oil prices.
