Gary...Actually those two 200K trades were 15 and 16 seconds before the close. One at 15.59.49 and the other at 15.59.45.

Wouldn't you say the MM's had to drop the price significantly to interest some buyers to step up and buy the 200K for sale?

It makes sense to me.
