From what I read here , someone posted
a site for Netscape FAQ !!!!!!

If AOL splits which it will before
the merger takes place then you will
only receive .45 shares....

I hold 1000 shares of Netscape and this has
me wondering It might pay to sell NSCP and get more AOL...

Lets say by the time AOL splits and the price is 200.00
then Netscape will then only be valued at 45.00
Today Netscape is worth 73.50

I believe record date was set for first week of FEB
and the distribution of the split shares will be End of Feb..
The AOL Netscape deal is not suppose to take place till
spring.... So do they expect AOL to fly back to 170.00
after the split ....

This has me wondering....
