CRANFORD, N.J., Nov 4 (Reuters) - HumaScan Inc. said Wednesday it is evaluating strategic alternatives in response to its declining financial condition, which includes securing funding to complete clinical trials and possible marketing deals or mergers. As you see this news is old Nov 04, but I think HMSC have achieved what they were looking for. We should see some news release in the near future or as early as this friday justifying price rise and high volume activities. IMO, the price will be well over a 1.00 before any news comes out.
