AAFG Announces Purchase Order and Distribution Agreement; Projects $2 Million in Seafood Product Sales SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 1999-- All-American Food Group (Nasdaq BB:AAFGQ) announced Thursday that it has entered into a purchase order and distribution agreement for the sale of its new line of imported seafood products. AAFG, through its joint venture partner, InterBras Global Trading Co. Ltd., has received the commitment from an established third party seafood distributor in New York City for the purchase of a minimum of 5 containers of frozen lobster tails and additional containers of other imported seafood products. AAFG projects that this purchase order/agreement will generate a minimum of $2 million in gross revenues and the products will be distributed in the New York metropolitan area to wholesalers and restaurants. AAFG previously announced that it had entered into an agreement with InterBras to import and distribute in the United States a minimum of 15 containers of seafood products during 1999. This will include containers of frozen Brazilian lobster tails and other specialty seafood products, which will generate projected sales revenues to AAFG of $5 million during 1999. AAFG is currently negotiating purchase orders and distribution agreements in order to achieve and surpass its 1999 revenue projections. The frozen Brazilian lobster tails as well as other specialty seafood and imported gourmet products will also be marketed directly on AAFG's new web-site, thegourmetpage.com, which will be operational in February 1999.
