cmpl value and biz model is compelling, might be a potential takeover by AMZN,BKS. It has a wide distribution NW in North America & Europe. In addition it champion setting up intranet on-line book store for corporate customers such as MSFT, SUNW, CSCO, and counting. I expect it to do well this year.
