Jim, Last week I was in question about a reverse split and decided to email Dave D. and address to him my concerns. He responded via email the next day and wrote that the company was not dead that Les had informed him NPEC plans to propose a share buy-back program; not a share "roll-back". He mentioned that news would be in hand around the first part of February. I gathered from this response that the issue of a buy-back would be addressed in a future news release. Guess we'll have to wait to find out one way or the other. dd
