So let me get this straight... if I own 1.9 million shares of a stock with 2 million outstanding, but 20 million authorized... I don't have to file anything? Hardly sounds right. What would the number of authorized shares matter if you own all the outstanding?

Why isn't Mr. D on the board of directors if he owns that much stock? Or at the least poring over their financial records?

I would if it were my money.
