FINANCING / International Frontier Resources Warrants Extended CALGARY, ALBERTA--International Frontier Resources Corporation (the "Corporation") announces that its Series II Warrants, originally set to expire on January 29th, 1999, have been extended to November 1st, 1999. Each Series II Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Corporation at an exercise price of $1.00. The Series II Warrants will remain listed and posted for trading on The Alberta Stock Exchange until the new expiration date of November 1, 1999.
