That is pretty discouraging, Bob.
You should demand to speak with someone rather than write.
I have saved money using E4L; if I do not receive my packet, I will call customer service, then IR, then the president. I am sure they will think I am wacko.

Grow up and get a life!

Has your bank or charge card never mishandled a transaction? Has Amazon or any other Net store never failed to meet your every expectation? Has your local grocery store never overcharged you on a bar-code scan?

We don't care!

CD is a gigantic cash cow! Don't you get it? Ramada Inns, Century 21, Avis car rentals, etc. What about this picture don't you understand?
