Actually TLC , they did their DD before us. Top stock knew since nov/dec. It was Topstock that informed us the Peter Tosto was doing business as Peter Lybrant. I think that just might have been the deal killer. a little more than topstocks claim of unanswered questions. I would like to know if Topstock would be under a legal obligation to "inform" on Mr Tosto/Lybrant since they knew he was disbarred. In my mind they had an ethical obligation but ethics never were a strong suit of stock promotors. ;-)
