Could not believe earnings would be released so late, but here is the explanation I received today: "In response to your questions, CHS plans to announce Q4 earnings during the week of February 22, 1999. This is consistent with past practice. We delay the earnings release at year-end pending the completion of the audit by Grant Thornton, our external auditors. Since this is a lengthy process, it delays the release a few weeks. Richard Kaminsky Director of Investor Relations
