RE: Question to those who buy DELL calls. When is a good time to get in on the pre-earnings run up? Now or wait until it's closer to Feb. 16?

My suggestion...send the question to Patrick or another dozen on the thread who know calls...I just buy and go long...

I think with today's afternoon pullback it is a good time to get in. I placed a limit order for some Feb 90s after the bell today, for a limit price slightly lower than the bid at the close. It should get filled in the first half an hour tomorrow. I think DELL should reach high 90s by Feb 16, even if it pulls back later on in that week before expiration.
