I'm new to this thread and spend most of my time just reading comments. I received a call from my broker because a mutual friend and source ( very reliable to me ) said the financing will be complete within a week and then the stock should take off again. On this basis I bought in today, for his information is quite accurate. Bob Bishop had a write up on Jan 25 in his fax alert. I hope that he won't jinx the play. I understand that Fagan is also on this play but I haven't seen any of his stuff. regards, DRA

Jerry - I have heard nothing of what you speak but it sounds in line with something I would expect and By no means would I be surprised by a financing of this type.

Jerry: You seem to hear a lot of stuff. Where do you hear this stuff? Or do you just make it up? Companies that are in talks to obtain financing always clam up. You have a "quiet period" that exists during negotiations that prevents anyone from discussing any matter related to the financing.
