Yes, if we're patient. Unfortunately, a lot of really bad things are looming out there for the market in general. Even thought QNTM should return to the 26 - 28 area easily (on its own), there are plenty of obstacles that it will have to hurdle in this market full of landmines - so to speak.

What we really need are some good strong analyst upgrades. (I mean really, is that too much to ask?)

I was starting to feel like I was the only shareholder!
The only explanation that I can think of is that the stock was under 20 for 3 months(late aug to early nov) and 2 months it averaged 15(Aug-Sept). The majority of those investors must have been short termers. The last surge into the 29's was short lived and that had to be mainly traders. As it rapidly fell from 29, the short termers must have been spooked out. I have to think that at this level the big boys will start bringing it in. When the internet sector cools off we should see some money flowing our way....
