Paul,

Your a bit on the touchy side now. First of all let me correct your allegations that you so easily are throwing around at me. I work for a company that makes Novell look like a pimple on a warthog. If anything, Novell would be a spin-off to our company.

Second Paul, although I have a technical background, I know Novell's business much better than you ever could hope to know. So dont get smart with me buddy. If you want to get uncivil in this conversation than do so on another board. Your idiotic notion that only stockholders know best what their company is doing is as dumb as a bag of hammers. In fact, I would say that stockholders are less likely to look at a company with a more objective opinion because of their biases. But if you would like me to buy 1 share in the company so that I could instantly become an expert in Novell then fine! I have been working with Novell staff and their technologies since 1985! Exactly how long have you been a shareholder with Novell?

That attitude of yours is incredible! You can go from providing some valuable insight to saying the most stupid and insulting things. I have other words but I wont say them here because this isnt the place.

Let me see, a Spin-off company that does not pass its profits back to the parent company. Funny I work for a "spin-off" type company of my parent and all our profits go to their bottom line! Exactly what financing courses did you attend?

Either become civil Paul or get the hell out!
