BUT HOW CAN THEY POST A BOOK VALUE WITHOUT POSTING A COMPANY BALANCE SHEET? I looked all over the place for some kind of filings with the SEC... Nothing found......... Even a company like IVTO has filings with the SEC quarterly. IVTO has no and I repeat no business (yes, zero sales) yet they post with the SEC and trades at 1/128th. What's the deal with this NBMX? Do they have some special rules where they do not have to disclose what they are doing ? I would be afraid to buy this with your money. Maybe you could steer me to a web site that shows me some kind of balance sheet on this NBMX?
