Would that dilute our shares though?
I counted 1,166,700 shares total on the flashbase database.
Don't know how many of those certs have been called in though.

<<<< PS: Has anyone heard anything about my last post concerning the Yahoo! post about an IPO? <<<<

IPO for INFE? As in "Initial" Public Offering? Not possible, IPO applies only to a private company I believe. "Secondary" yes, but I thought the plan was for a private offering i.e. less than some magic number of participants. I think it used to be (thirty years ago) about 20.

I doubt that INFE will do a secondary as this would most likely send the stock plummeting. Most likely the investors are already lined up. Maybe the new IB's are buying the shares to inflate the price for a PP. Whatever is happening it looks good for the longs. Hey Stu, so what if I was off by a week or two. Hope everyone is smart enough to sell at $5 this time. I will be.

I thought ownership of more than 5% of the shares needed to be reported to the SEC. But this may apply only to a reporting company. I don't know the details.
