Dear Tomster,
"what do you mean there are no private placements that will come to market before July 99??"
A two methods of raising funds are:
Convertibls Bonds
A corporate bond, usually a junior debenture, that can be exchanged, at the option of the holder, for a specific number of shares of the company's preferred stock or common stock. see also minus yield, premium over bond value, privileged bond.

Private Placements
The sale of securities directly to institutional investors, such as banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds, and foundations. Does not require SEC registration, provided the securities are bought for investment purposes rather than resale, as specified in the investment letter. see also issue, placement, Regulation D, restricted securities.

What I was trying to determine is: are there any shares that will be coming to the market that would effect the float in the near term.
I was very pleased that the answer is no. As July is so far down the pike and so many parameters will have changed by then, a non issue.
This does not mean that these shares will come to market it simply means that any restrictions are lifted. Note: I did not inquire as to how many shares nor did I ask if WCTI had first refusal rights ie: the ability to buy back these shares. Will address further as July nears if we even care, lolololo ;)..L & $ WCTI,, Barbara
