You should do that if you haven't done so to straighten your order(s), I think. Definitely a repeat site for me.

So far so good. I did get through to a human in short order. It did not take much explaining...they indicated that others had similar problems over the weekend. They told me to refuse the order and there would be no restocking fee.

It was too late as my son signed for the order. I have a hallway full of ATI video cards.

I anticipated the situation and asked customer service what to do if the order had already arrived. They told me to email returns and get an RMA.

When I got home I had email from customer service telling me to refuse the order and that there may be a restocking fee. It was a response to my first email indicating the problem with the online ordering.

I do not have room for eight monitors on my desk so I am hoping buycomp comes to a quick resolution of the problem. Perhaps I can hang a few from the ceiling.
