hey guys,
the shares are being sent directly to the shareholders. the union group is not involved in the spin-off in any way, nor is mr. curton. i heard this from cabec's attorney directly. he also says the shares are printed and on the way to the transfer agent for distribution. here's hoping and praying.

Bonjour Maurice

I have a feeling CBNR is not responsible for the type of company Union Group chooses to be ie. it is a Nevada company, but will it become tradeable? will it register? how will it do that? believe those questions have to be addressed to Curton whose number is on the Cabec web-site.

Will just make this point - even if we get Union Co shares mailed to us by a transfer agent (or whatever) does not mean those shares are effectively tradeable. Wanna buy 10,000 of a non-tradeable Nevada company? Wanna buy 38 million?
