denise, just my humble opinion, but i think that the requirements on the link are worded so as to be open to interpretation. i am also under the impression that bii is in communication with the nazdaq regarding their listing and upon what grounds they get it is not known to anyone on this thread (or any for that matter). as well, i would like to point out that it was $5.00 Canadian that bii would be closing at (as a minimum value that is) for the next while, perhaps until nazdaq???? but this is just what i heard.

Dear Denise,

The last time i talk to Paul Godin, CEO, just before Christmas, he mentioned to me that the new rules since early last summer is the following: The company has to trade at or above $5.00 US for a minimum of 30 business days to be listed on the regular Nasdaq. He also mentioned that they take the average of these 30 business days.

On other thing he mentioned, is apparently the Nas. rules are not writing into the cement; they also take other side of the company such as minimum asset requirement etc.....

Hope i answer your question.
