All, Actually if you look at the early AM announcement, things really don't look all that great for the 1998. Service income has costs of around 75% whihc sounds excessive for service, and cost of sales for products is many more billions than in 97, not only that but the cost of sales % is much higher in 98 implysing that success in market share has really been costly to the bottom line... can anyone confirm/disconfirm my late night brief analysis? biz.yahoo.com Thanks, Doug
