OMPT has a technology (GSM and since I am not a techie do not ask me to explain it) that is in very wide use in Europe but somewhat unique in the U.S. They have a a relatively small cust. base, and are mostly located in the Northeast, up against some strong competitors. Based on that I do not feel anyone will be buying them out as it appears to me they have lost the battle in the US and why would anyone buy them out from Europe? I also do not think they will be able to expand fast enough to establish GSM as a standard in the US. I would appreciate others comments on this. Bob T.
