I am not big into internets so this is not meant to hype them but I can see them continuing to go higher if consolidation continues at this rate. The reason is that with each take over, there is less total number of internet stock available for purchase. In other words, demand does not have to increase because supply is decreasing.

The counter to this argument is that some day all those stock options will start to come on the market and then that will be when the rubber hits the road.
