The current selling is uninformed of the real meaning of the NR or,they are disappointed short term players. Todays buying is knowledgeable and recognizes the true potential of Snap Lake.If you think that the majority of the market didn't understand the NR, you'd be right.However,I'll bet that DeBeers and RTZ had a magnifying glass on those numbers.Don't play this for a few pennies,you can make big bucks here.
