(maybe they are a search engine.) I like the stock for the fact it's still trading low when the outlook is no longer grim. A boost of 6 points in one day will make me look for the exit. Not all the news is out. I know where the stock is headed so if it goes down a zeepo it means just that (zeepo). Some people will sell (i.e. get scared when watching the ticker) on no news but we know at least one: The Website. We all knew about MKTW but DBCC went up at the IPO.... Feb 01 would not end the story. All imo. please buy/sell on your own terms. Good night all, Marty

THE ONLY MULTIMEDIA-E-COMMERCE SEARCH ENGINE! ezsurf.com Thursday, could be pivotal in IDT's, return to stardom. As I see things now, we have alot on the table and the meal thus far has been appetitizing yet not fulfilling. For IDT to attain NETDOM, it's going to take some savvy marketing and a strong business plan for Net2Phone/EZSURF for IDT to really garner the favoritism of the street. Thus far we've been mentioned favorably as a "possible" play based on the "possible" higher valuation of IDT based on our Internet Strong Arm and with the launch of EZSURF, pre-spinoff/IPO we'll have all eyes on us. Each day seems to bring more eyes on IDT and I suspect EZSURF has been racking up hits since the announcement of it's launch. The real question remains as to whether mgmt. trully has the their eye on the ball and can carry/fulfill the potential that I for one am confident it can however, from the street's perspective that remains to be seen. The mm's have been doing their job albiet it may not be to everyone's satisfaction it has come a considerable way up from it's recent lows and the only way to sustain and add to the recent gains is to pardon the pun FOCUS on the EZSURF/Net2Phone business plan/model such that the street can clearly see the revenue generating machine that this New E-Commerce Portal will garner. That being said, I feel what is needed now is to begin delineating whom, we are partnered with...This is a good thing, it will give publicity to the companies participating as well as IDT and help the street to focus and better Value IDT.
