Well, this private placement is no different than the other pp's. Although the company has more money to operate, one would have to wonder what exactly this bloody company is doing. Are they actually positioning themselves to grow in the future or is it a means to keep the books "looking" healthy for the next pump and dump.

All I can say is, and CLK has mentioned this, is that the dilution of the sharebase is inevitably bad for all the guys trying to get value out of this play.

Whatever, nothing significant here. This company just has nothing to show for all the pp's. I wonder how the VSE polices these kinds of companies. I wonder if they keep record of all the trading practices of ALL insiders and associates or do they turn a blind eye until someone makes a "stink." Never really thought of it, but could anyone here on this thread make a case to go to the VSE and have them review the trading practices of insiders and associates???? Could an ordinary shareholder go the VSE and find out who when and what house were trading this thing during the last run-uP????????

Who knows?? The last PP? What do I think?? Well, the company is still afloat, barely.
