You got me on that one. I just remembered a conversation I had with Tom Ross at Loral 4 years ago. He was the company's IR person at the time, and had extensive Pentagon experience. In addition to be a lot more fun to talk to than J. Clonan, he was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the military origins of Globalstar's system. One point for you, none for Jack Morgan...

Valueman, I was wondering if you had any information about the demand for satellite telephony services. Readware would often cite surveys indicating the demand for these services was strong-- are there any recent studies available? The seemingly lower than expected demand for Iridium and the rapid buildout of wireless systems has me wondering. Thanks, Steve Rachbach
