here is some more explanation as to what happened for those that sold or still hold GMCH. To: Edward Williamson (0 ) From: T.A.P. Wednesday, Jan 27 1999 11:22PM ET Reply # of 349 T.A.P. has finally talked with Mr Tilton and here is the reason for the misunderstanding and delay of todays news. Today there was suppose to be a Board of Director's Meeting for GMCH, it was postponed until Monday! At which time they will discuss GMCH business plan and direction for the Co. Following this meeting the Press Release which was supposed to happen today will be released! Mr. Tilton does not want to specify the exact day Press Releases will be released from now on after what happened to GMCH stock price today, when he released what was thought by T.A.P. was going to be just an explanation for delay but was perhaps misinterpreted by some as the scheduled news which has been delayed.To avoid misunderstandings which arise from time to time from delays in business, Mr. Tilton believes this is in the best interest of the shareholders
