Thanks Claude. I spoke with Apex yesterday to try and get an idea of how far they intend to go with this project. This round of drilling fulfills their work commitment for this year. My concern is that even though this project is critical to EXN., how critical is it to Apex? In their 1/6/99 NR they said they are conducting follow up drill programs on 2 advanced stage projects and expect to drill at least 3 other exploration targets in the coming months. The general answer I got to my questions was that they would evaluate the results and do what they feel is in the best interest of their shareholders. Obviously EXN. is hoping for a company maker here but Apex may be just looking to see if it's worth making the next option payment. Don't mean to rain on the parade but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
