Jim, let's wait for the SEC filings before we start dissecting this. As I asked, how do they account for factoring, and to what extent did they rely on factors. Factors exact a pretty hefty fee, and CPQ could conceivably folded that fee into revenues, which might mean that gross revenues were a lot higher than reported, and that would also explain the apparent drop in gross margin, but I need more info. before drawing any conclusions.
