I got my information From the ZICAM website:

Go to the Website and play the SHOCKWAVE movie of HOW ZICAM WORKS.

Add the END of movie in PLAIN wording it states:

ZICAM

Developed by and manufactured for Gel Tech

Distributed by....... GumTech International

(Isn't the joint venture developer-manufacturer and distributor. Could this be the reason why on Yahoo you cannot LINK ZICAM to GUMM in any way.......)

GUMM --- owns ---Gel Tech

Gel Tech, Inc." (a joint venture by BIODELIVERY Technologies, Inc., a privately-held biotechnology company, and GumTech International, Inc., a publicly-held company

So the owners of GelTech are GUMM and a private company.

GUMM is the major force, so they will own the majority of ZICAM.
