Waterhouse is owned by Toronto-Dominion Greenline up here in Canada. It sounds like the same system they use up here. I use "web broker", their online trading system. I had trouble doing a daytrade on JVWB a couple of weeks ago. They screwed up because of the OTC-BB glitches you refer to. They credited my account $500 for the screwup, at their expense, on top of the profit I had already made. It sounds like the customer service is better up here. But I'll take your advice and stay away from them for now.
