Thanks for the point. I read and listened to everything on the site and agree that CQMT is a rather aggressive BB company, and as an added bonus they even provide financial disclosures. However I remain skeptical of any timely success. It appears that CQMT has annual revenues of less than 400,000, and is in desperate need of financing. Where have we heard that before??

From CQMT's Quarterly Report Form 10QSB 11/19/98

The Company is currently unable to finance its operations from cash flow from operating activities. The Company continues to finance its operations through the net proceeds from private placements of its equity. The Company has entered into negotiations to raise additional capital through two separate transactions. A preliminary term sheet has been executed for a $4 million line of credit arrangement requiring the issuance of common stock of the Company. A definitive agreement for this financing package is currently being negotiated, and material changes may be adopted, if the transaction is to be completed. Negotiations are also continuing regarding a newly offered $1 million dollar convertible debenture transaction that may be funded as early as December of this year. Discussions regarding these financing proposals are preliminary, and there is no assurance that such transactions will be completed. If either transaction is completed, the Company will be required to register the shares of common stock to be issued pursuant to the described arrangements.

IMO both NVXE and its new alliance CQMT have a long hard uphill battle ahead of them. Without capital it seems unlikely that either can survive very long.
