I have a couple of times tried to get someone to find out exactly what special implications were connected with a Delaware corporation - Today due to job related search I finally found out. I have posted the story on the SEC rules board, I know this is not a SEC rule but I felt it to be the best place to store it. Interesting reading !!!! - I'll add there are really a lot of DE corps. Message 7526682 The site where I found it had a disclaimer stating that since issuing the information some things may have changed - So the request for somebody to search further info on DE corps is still valid.
