Peter, I agree that most of it was just an adding of Dec's services, but, notice, the co. only had $3,797 billion in services revenues for the year, and $1714 for the quarter. That means that 45% of service revenues hit this quarter. That sounds extraordinary to me, even if DEC service revenues weren't on the books for one quarter.

I think what you basically have is Dec's conservative accounting reengineered by Compaq's new pair of dimes accounting.
