I'd imagine Anthony is looking to short after the IPO pop: easy money. Think about risk-reward ratio. Short before the IPO filing, and the potential for the filing always stands in your face as a risk. Short after the filing, and you've got clear sailing south until a ramp-up for the IPO itself begins. Anthony's genius is that he takes the low-hanging fruit; that's the best kind of investing.

VB,

They will announce the IPO by Feb 7. The announcement will be relative to the filing of the S-1 and I believe the IPO must happen within 60 days of the filing (someone correct me if I am wrong). Usually it happens sooner than that and NAVR would be nuts to wait the full period considering the demand.
