Is anyone currently using a credit card that has electronic bill presentment with Checkfree. I've now got my Schwab account up and running with Schwab's Billpay (thru Checkfree) and now I want to ditch my Quicken Visa card (from Travelers -- i.e. Citigroup so unlikely to present the bill through Checkfree anytime soon) for a Visa or Mastercard that will send me my bill though online billpay.
I see Chase listed - anyone use it. I also see a pilot for AMEX. That would be nice, I have an AMEX card and would just as soon give up the paper statement. Anyone have word on this. I've been told it is currently only open to AMEX employees.

"Heard on the Street" -- What can you say about a market that sends the stock of a bubble-wrap company up based on internet speculation? But CKFR is NOT bubble wrap.

It ain't the WSJ but ...

February Issue of PC Computing has several articles on e-commerce and online banking.

Even the skeptic John Dvorak gets in the act

"All the prognosticators will tell you that e-commerce is going to set the world on fire. Cynical as I am, I see no reason to believe they're wrong."

No specific mention of CheckFree in the articles but every little bit helps.

Also, got my copy of the annual report today (kudos to investor relations for turning my request around so quickly). They included a reprint of the Sept/Oct Banking Strategies cover story on CheckFree. I thought that was a nice touch.

I was a little worried that Pete did not know how to smile after reading the article until I saw his other picture in the annual report. Guess you have to be serious for those bankers. (Any bets on whether he cracked at least a little smile when he checked the close today.)

Another Harry :)
