From the lack of discussion, I assume GRNO investors feel the SEC release has been adequately discussed previously. By way of recap, the SEC claims that the entire GRNO operation has been a fraud. GRNO settled with the SEC so that it could try to continue to survive, but the Carraways continue to fight the SEC's suit. It is all the more tiresome because of the low prices of petroleum products in the USA. Banks do not want to fund the plant or the company and so GRNO must go overseas to find customers and venture capital.

Here are a few of my own comments from earlier times.

The suit against GRNO was settled. But after the suit was settled, the SEC continued its PR campaign against GRNO, as if the suit had not been settled.

BC is fighting the SEC's suit against him, claiming the SEC's suit against him is factually flawed.

BC and GRNO filed suit against Gambrell & Stolz, the previous law firm.

"Is your post news to this thread or has this particular action by the SEC against Ron Reece, and other GRNO players, been thoroughly discussed previously?"

I believe that the action has been discussed thoroughly in the past. I don't believe the action is dated because the Judge took action on Jan 21, 1999. We can look at this as getting closer to closure in this whole SEC matter. Also, I hope this concludes the SEC investigation against Ron.
