The Wall St. Journal reports in its Thursday edition that Yahoo! Inc. is in talks to acquire GeoCities Inc. in a deal that could be announced as early as Thursday.

I have at limit to buy at 81 on Amzn.

$81 Looks like a likely spot...since it's right above the high made in late Nov.
However, if AMZN starts to plunge, we could go as low as 62 (200day EMA)...or make that b/w 60 and 70.
