Consider looking at www.ATFN.com and ordering the trial of their options pricing software, vickers, news, nasdaq level II, charting, etc. Absolutely couldn't imagine buying or selling options without knowing their theoretical values, implied volatilities, etc.

There were a lot of great options plays out there this week and there will be others. But using the kind of software or web service that recommends specific options plays, IMO is somewhat futile. Every subscriber to that service is trying to make the same play, so the pricing on the recommended option strategies gets driven back to fair market value in fairly short order.

Best of luck on your investments. Immensely enjoy your posts.

<<<So I guess you would know where I am going with this, in and out, margin and leaps and making enough sense of it, so as to increase my edge. But I think I want to concentrate on just Dell right now for all of that.>>>>
You, Sir, are a man of great intelligence by asking that set of questions in your post. What any of us need now ( having made a good start in Dell), is a bit more confidence and experience in using
leverage on the stock. And thats what you are talking about.
Now my answers are going to be rather lengthy as I will start at the very beginning.
But first a few comments on Dell which has got us this far:
There are here on SI thread members who have been on board the
Dell ship as passengers and crew from the very beginning of the IPO. Mr Michaels is one of them. I got on board in 1993.
So despite the most detailed company analysis by the most intelligent?? market analyst, SI members know far more about the
integrity, direction, and future of the Dell ship.
Well WHOA, I just got a news alert on a 2/1 split for Intel
and confirmation on the Yhoo deal with Gcty.
So will continue this reply later.......
Holy Toledo, Nas futures are up 2350. VENKIE !!! Don't sell, don't sell.........Everyone on board the ship !
I think they are about to weigh anchor..
