Ditchdigger............. You have been spoutin' about a reverse split ever since you first posted on this thread...'bout two years now??? Well, when is it gonna happen???? A meteor is gonna crash into New York city someday too, but ya don't hear folks yellin' that the end is near. Look at SFAD and some of the other OTC stocks that have outstanding shares that make ADGI look small time,and look at their stock price. I'm not sayin' that it couldn't happen, just mentioning that the same rhetoric by the same poster gets quite tiring after a while. If you are so sure ADGI is gonna reverse ya outta your shares, sell 'em,(if ya got any), take your losses and move on. I know of a small group of folks that hold over 15million shares,and they don't seem all that worried that the doc is stayin' up late at nite figuring a way to screw 'em outta their shares. You can NEVER say NEVER, but I personally don't think it will happen unless it is a pre-requisite to an aquisition of a company that has assets,a real product,and continuing revenue stream. Hinton has addressed the subject many times and it's always the same answer...no reverse. So far, it's been the only thing he has been absolutely truthful on. ;-) For what it's worth, I'll hang on to my stock, and you keep turnin over rocks looking for reasons to R/S. One of us is bound to be right someday......... Good Luck....... John
