WBKlein: CNCX won't be quiet for long. Don't forget the Williams (WMB)
link. WMB sold their fiber net 3 years ago to what is now WorldCom. With the way WorldCom has taken off, WMB is sorry they sold and since their non-compete clause just ended, their going back into business as "the carriers carrier" (i.e. wholesale provider to carriers). They own about 10% of CNCX and so does SBC. I would speculate that CNCX will play a major role in a potential link up of SBC and WMB.
