Very well said Ed! I have been in the markets at some capacity for 20+ years and everyday I see something that I have never seen in my career. Stocks that advance 80+ points in one day...Jeez! Most investors have to hold decades to receive that kind of payback. Yes, the day trading setup is being watched very closely by the regulators at the prodding of the major brokerage houses that are losing market share daily. Daytrading, electronic investing, is in it's embryo state. I was a transaction broker for many years; I would not want to be trying to build a business with this staring me in the face.
